The Climate Resilience Specialist will work with lead scientists to synthesize literature, engage with partners and apply research on climate impacts and adaptation, with a focus on resilience planning, prioritization and effectiveness. The Climate Impacts Group collaborates with local, state, tribal and regional partners by co-producing research and supporting efforts to plan and implement climate resilience actions. The position will have the opportunity to advance the science of climate resilience and adaptation, while also being involved in applications with our collaborators.

We seek candidates with experience in climate resilience planning, implementation and evaluation who are passionate about our organizational mission and co-producing research. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and effective writer.

The expected salary range for this position is $6,500 to $7,500 per month depending on experience. This position is located in Seattle.
