Bio

Ryan is a research scientist with the Climate Impacts Group. At the Climate Impacts Group, Ryan supports an array of research projects and programs, with a particular focus on human dimensions, policy, and governance of climate change adaptation and adaptive capacity. Previously, he has worked within the conservation and land management fields, having participated in several environmental restoration projects and monitoring studies, as well as serving in geospatial and environmental economics research positions. Ryan holds a B.A. in environmental studies from Western Washington University, and is in the process of completing his Master’s in Public Policy at Oregon State University.
